Shipping & Delivery

Complimentary, free of cost delivery only in Lahore is done by Compsi for its valued customers for all major cities of Pakistan via standard overland cargo service.

Delivery for stocked items will be managed within 01-02 working days for local city (Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi), within 03-05 working days for standard cargo area.
Also please inquire the exact delivery schedule while placing the order.


Consumable, Low-end and medium-end products are user installable as recommended by the manufacturer. Complimentary free of cost installation is done by Compsi for its valued customers within Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi for high-end products and hardware only.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment terms are 100% Cash in advance or upon the delivery of material.
You may pay the invoices against your purchases via cash, credit card (with addition of bank service charges on net price), on-line (please ask for detail) or cross cheque to A/C payee only (if approved) payable to Compsi Pvt. Ltd.

Compsi reserves the right to increase/decrease tagged prices before acceptance the order due to changes in government import tariff, taxation policies, and relevant foreign currency exchange rate.

Warranties & Liabilities 

Compsi offer free warranty services for standard duration (01 year standard) as offered by the manufacturer.  For extended warranty services, please feel free to contact.

Following documents are required by the manufacturer to cover the free warranty services,
-Copy of Invoice / Delivery Challan / Original Warranty Card (if supplied with products).
-Original Packing & Accessories.

All Warranty Terms, Limitations and Exclusions mentioned by the manufacturer will apply. Virus removal, operating system and application software support is not covered under warranty as per manufacturers guidelines.

Hours of Service: Support from Compsi shall be available from Monday to Friday (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM), Saturday (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM).
